AI strategy and context engineering

Make your organization legible to AI.

Electric Mind helps knowledge-intensive organizations turn promising AI initiatives into reliable systems and workflows that hold up in real work.

Discuss your AI initiative

Your AI works in the demo. Then it meets your organization.

Pilots impress easily. Real work is harder: the AI doesn't know which document is authoritative, what your terminology means inside your organization, who is allowed to decide what, or which exceptions matter.

A better model alone frequently cannot close that gap. Closing it requires context: the knowledge, rules, responsibilities and permissions that make your organization work. That context must be made usable by AI.

The work between a promising pilot and a system you can trust

  1. Choose the right initiative.

Not every promising idea deserves to be built. We help you select — or shape — the initiative where reliable AI can change an outcome that matters.
  2. Design the context.

We map the knowledge, terminology, rules, responsibilities, permissions and exceptions your AI needs, and design how they reach it — deliberately, not by accident. We call this discipline Organizational Context Engineering.
  3. Make it hold up.

Architecture, evaluations against your own standards, prototypes and pilots, governance with explicit human judgment where accountability requires it — through to operational use.

For organizations where knowledge drives the work

Electric Mind is built for mid-sized and larger organizations whose work depends on specialist knowledge, complex rules and processes, and information spread across people, documents and systems. The strongest fit includes industrial and technical businesses, professional and regulated services, and public and member-based institutions.

Led by someone who spent two decades working on an earlier version of this problem

Electric Mind is led by Ulrich Callmeier, a computer scientist with more than 25 years in language technology and enterprise software. He joined Acrolinx as CTO in 2003, before its first product release. For roughly two decades he helped build it into a global enterprise AI software company, serving as CTO and later also COO. Much of that work was making organizations' terminology, standards and rules machine-readable, inside the tools where people work. It is a direct precursor to today's challenge: making organizational context usable by generative AI.

About Electric Mind →

Focused by design

Electric Mind is not a general-purpose AI agency, staffing provider or software reseller. We take on initiatives where the difficult work is deciding what should be built—and making it reliable inside the organization. We remain vendor-neutral, work hands-on through architecture and pilot stages, and involve specialist delivery partners when implementation requires additional scale.

Bring us something concrete

An AI initiative that is not trusted yet. A workflow where AI could do more—if it could be made reliable. A decision you want to get right before committing budget. Whether you are choosing an initiative or trying to make one production-ready, your first conversation is directly with Ulrich Callmeier.
