The work between a convincing demo and a system you can rely on.
Electric Mind works on the part of an AI initiative that decides whether it holds up in real work: choosing it well, giving the AI the context it needs, and showing it is reliable before anyone depends on it.
Discuss your AI initiativeTwo situations where we come in
Before an initiative exists.
There is budget, there is pressure, and there are a dozen candidate ideas, but nobody can say with confidence which one is worth building. We help you select, or shape, a concrete initiative: one with a measurable outcome, a workflow that can carry it, and a realistic path to reliability. When a pilot cannot yet be trusted.
The demo was convincing. In real work the system is wrong in ways nobody can quite predict, and nobody will sign off on it. Often the cause is not the model alone. It is missing organizational context, and missing governance around that context. This is the situation Electric Mind exists for.
What the work consists of
The shape depends on your initiative. The work does not. These are the things we do, and we do them ourselves.
Understanding the organization and the workflow.
Who does what, which sources are authoritative, where the rules are written down and where they live only in people's heads, which exceptions matter.Designing the context.
Deciding which knowledge, terminology, rules, responsibilities, permissions and exceptions the AI needs, in what form, and how they reach it. Our discipline for this is Organizational Context Engineering.Setting the architecture.
How the system fits your existing systems, data and security requirements. Vendor-neutral, and without committing you to a platform before the problem is understood.Building evaluations.
Tests that measure the system against your standards, not against a public benchmark, so that “reliable” means something you can check.Building and running prototypes and pilots.
We build them ourselves or lead the people who do, and we run them with the people who will use them, on real work.Designing in governance and human judgment.
Where approval or accountability is required, it is built into the system explicitly, not added afterwards.Guiding implementation.
Staying involved while the system goes into daily use, until the people who run it no longer need us for it.
Who does the work, and how it scales
Ulrich Callmeier leads every engagement and does the work in it, with other consultants assisting him where that helps. When implementation needs more hands, they come from two places: your own team, which we would rather strengthen than replace, or specialist delivery partners we bring in for implementation capacity.
What you keep
A system that works in daily use. An operating model that keeps its context current when your organization changes. People inside your organization who own the system and understand why it behaves the way it does. If you want it, we stay involved afterwards, as advisers and as stewards of the context. Dependence on us is not the goal.
Focused by design
Electric Mind is not a general-purpose AI agency, staffing provider or software reseller. We take on initiatives where the difficult work is deciding what should be built—and making it reliable inside the organization. We remain vendor-neutral, work hands-on through architecture and pilot stages, and involve specialist delivery partners when implementation requires additional scale.
Start with the initiative, not with us
Tell us about the initiative, the workflow or the decision in front of you, at whatever stage it is. The first conversation is directly with Ulrich Callmeier, and its purpose is to find out whether this is work we can do well for you.
